Home Brewed Components are one man in a shed, a rather large shed, in the US. He makes some superb singlespeed cogs and specialises in single rings for the 104 BCD XTR crank. Couldn’t quite run to titanium for now but ordered some aluminium ones for the front to check the quality.
Thats a 32T and a special 31T that finally gives me some clearance to the chainstay witha 51mm chainline. They are superby made, very light at 31 and 28 grams . The anodizing appears very hard, almost no wear even after a muddy few initial rides.
The rear cogs is a 20T it was intended for the mayhem 24Hr, but it didn’t arrive in time (delivery is an issue, over 2 months) The outer is stainless and the inner Alloy which keeps the weight down to 44 grams.
